Near
Gibbs Hill Farm
Towards the Northern boundary there is an ancient stone
circle, thought to be an early bronze age burial site, which has been
scheduled as an ancient monument by English Heritage. This site is worth
the walk, not only for it's historical interest, but also for the views
it offers. There is also access, via Gibbs Hill land, to a specially created
boardwalk and bird watching hide on the nearby Greenlee
Lough nature reserve.
Hadrian's
Wall Country
Make Gibbs Hill an ideal centre to explore the magnificent World Heritage
